KOP Kitchen: Salad Season (Afternoon)

Join us in the Teaching Kitchen at Main Line Health King of Prussia for this in-person, interactive cooking demonstration. Participants will learn how to build satisfying, balanced salads using fresh vegetables, whole grains, proteins, nuts, seeds and homemade dressings. Attendees will leave inspired with new ideas and practical skills to create colorful, nutrient-packed salads any day of the week.
