Garlic chicken

Ingredients

4 cloves of garlic, chopped
¼ cup of olive oil
½ cup of garlic herb Parmesan cheese
½ cup of seasoned bread crumbs
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Mix garlic with olive oil. Place in microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for two minutes. Set aside.
  2. Combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together and place in shallow dish.
  3. Dip chicken in garlic mixture and and then coat with bread crumb mixture.
  4. Bake in an un-greased 13x9-inch baking pan at 425°F for 35 minutes.
