Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned pumpkin, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon peel
  • 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese

Instructions

Combine the pumpkin, honey, cinnamon and lemon peel in a large bowl. Gradually fold in ricotta cheese. Place in the refrigerator and let chill for one hour.
