2 teaspoons of olive oil
1½ pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs
26-ounce jar of tomato sauce
Grated Parmesan cheese
- Place olive oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and cover. Cook at medium hear and drain any excess fat remaining in the pan.
- Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer in reduced heat until tender, about 35 to 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top when ready to serve.
