4 cloves of garlic, chopped
¼ cup of olive oil
½ cup of garlic herb Parmesan cheese
½ cup of seasoned bread crumbs
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Mix garlic with olive oil. Place in microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for two minutes. Set aside.
- Combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together and place in shallow dish.
- Dip chicken in garlic mixture and and then coat with bread crumb mixture.
- Bake in an un-greased 13x9-inch baking pan at 425°F for 35 minutes.
