1 to 1½ cups vanilla protein shake (made from powder and water)
3 tablespoons of cool whip (try light or non-fat instead of regular)
4 tablespoons of sugar-free raspberry syrup
6 ice cubes
Fresh raspberries for garnish; approximately ¼ cup
- Place ingredients into the blender or food processor and pulse until thick or smooth.
- Place fresh fruit as a garnish and serve.
