Community Health and Outreach
Community health initiatives beyond hospital walls
With a data- and person-centered approach focused on eliminating disparities of care, we're able to better understand and address the unique health needs of our communities.
Main Line Health has established partnerships and programs designed to improve the health and well-being of those in the greater Philadelphia region:
We offer screenings that help residents have more affordable, easier access medical services.
Main Line Health's community presentations offer the opportunity for our experts to talk to audiences in our community about health and medical topics.
Through hospital community collaborations, Main Line Health works with numerous organizations to promote better health and well-being.
By fostering strong and meaningful partnerships with community organizations, we're working strategically to address the underlying causes of chronic diseases and improve the overall health of those we serve.
Whether it's providing easier, more affordable access to healthy food or providing medical referrals to at-risk adults right at the corner store, we're committed to supporting overall community health and the well-being of patients, families and communities in our region.
We look forward to hearing from you!
