Main Line Health's Administrative Fellowship will focus on dealing with
issues relating to how a complex health care system functions. The
Fellow will have a diverse, hands-on experience with the opportunity to
experience areas such as corporate structure, capital finance,
operations, and system-wide strategic planning. The Fellow will explore
various project opportunities through rotations with Senior Executives
and work with his/her preceptors in the selection of project work to
align with the Fellow’s objectives and the organization’s needs.
Projects will help the Fellow develop leadership, interpersonal
communication and decision-making skills. In addition to project work,
the Fellow will attend Senior Management and Board meetings, which will
aid in the understanding of a complex healthcare system. Preceptors
include the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Vice President of
Planning and Business Development.
