Donna M. Phillips, President, Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital
Phillips is a senior health care executive with more than 20 years
experience in non-profit health care management and growth.
As the president of Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Ms. Phillips is
responsible for strategic long-range planning and management of the
148-bed physical and cognitive rehabilitation specialty hospital. In
addition, she has direct strategic and operational responsibility for
the post-acute care services of Main Line Health, including The Home
Care Network of Jefferson Health System. Ms. Phillips also serves as
president of hospital Foundation Board, the hospital’s fundraising arm.
Ms. Phillips serves on the board of the Mommy’s Light Lives On Fund and
is a past member of the board the Chester County Chamber of Business and
Industry. She was named the American Heart Association Go Red for Women
Executive Campaign Champion for 2010–11 and 2011–12.
Ms. Phillips earned her Master of Business Administration from Eastern
College and her Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Record
Administration from Long Island University.
