Main Line Health Nurse Residency Application Process
Main Line Health will be accepting applications for our Nurse Residency
Program through February 5, 2016 at 10:00 am. This application is for
candidates who did NOT previously apply to the Nurse Residency program.
The Nurse Residency position will be titled “Nurse Residency
Program-2016.” The start dates for these positions are based on your
graduation and board date (however, we are looking at positions starting
in the Spring and Summer of 2016). Please follow the link below to
register and search for the position. The position number is #37209.
There is one general application for all seven of the Main Line Health
entities:Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Paoli Hospital,
Riddle Hospital and Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Mirmont Treatment Center
and HomeCare & Hospice. If you are having difficulty locating the
online application, please search by all locations, all job families and
jobs posted within any timeframe.
If you are graduating in the Summer or Fall of 2016, we will be
posting another application in late Summer for you to apply.
All applicants must be a graduate of a BSN program or an upcoming
graduate of a BSN program with a preferred 3.0 cumulative GPA.

email from each applicant and you can apply online without a resume if
you experience difficulty uploading your resume. Please only send in
Word or PDF formats. Please also make sure that all documents are

Please note, while we try to have each candidate interview
where they have an interest, however, nothing is guaranteed and
is based on the applicant pool and position availability
Please note, you will be required to submit two letters of
recommendation if you are selected for an interview (not at the time
of application). These letters must be from clinical instructors and can
be emailed to the Nurse Residency email address at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not have a specific form for your instructors to use (if your
school does have a standard form, that is acceptable). If need be,
letters can be addressed to Jessica deSimone, Senior Recruiter. These
recommendations are in addition to employment references which will be
done if you are selected for an interview.
