Lankenau Pain Center

The Lankenau Pain Center offers state-of-the-art advances in chronic pain managment, primarily for patients suffering from neck and back pain (including herniated disk), nerve damage, cancer pain, shingles, post-herpatic neuralgia, reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD), and phantom limb pain.

Treatments include:

• Epidural injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar and caudal)
• Selective epidural and root blocks (cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral)
• Facet injections and medical branch blocks (cervical, thoracic and lumbar)
• Sympathetic blockade (stellate ganglion, thoracic, lumbar and hypogastric)
• Discography
• Peripheral nerve blockade
• Radiofrequency denervation
• Cryoneurolysis
• Spinal cord stimulation
• Neurolytic procedures to treat cancer pain (i.e. Celiac plexus block)
• Intrathecal and epidural fusion systems
• Percutaneous disc procedures

The Lankenau Pain Center hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday with the last appointment at 3:45 PM. Physicians are available on-call 24/7 for emergency cases..
