At Bryn Mawr Family Practice we take your health personally. For over 30
years, we have focused on meeting the unique health care needs of our
patients, from newborns to grandparents, and the whole family in
between. We aim to be your "Patient-Centered Medical Home",
ensuring that you receive quality care that is both personalized and
accessible. You can expect us to provide:
- A personal physician who knows you well.
- Hands-on care and care coordination to address all your medical needs including disease prevention and treatment of illness.
- Timely appointments and prompt communication when you have a question or concern.
- Support in helping you make decisions about your healthcare.
Our board certified physicians are trained and experienced in treating a wide range of healthcare issues. In addition to family medicine, Bryn Mawr Family Practice offers:
- Family-Centered Maternity Care: From prenatal through pediatric care, go through your pregnancy and delivery with the same physician who knows and cares for your family. Our physicians address both your emotional and physical health.
- Office Surgery: Our physicians perform "lumps and bumps" removal in our office.
- In-Office Procedures: We offer sigmoidoscopy, nasal laryngoscopy, endometrial biopsy, and colposcopy.
If you should need specialized care, your physician will help you select the appropriate specialist, provide referral and continue to coordinate your care with the consulting physician.

Mia Solomon, PhD Dr. Solomon is a licensed psychologist and holds a Certificate in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She earned her Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology and her Doctorate in Professional and Scientific Psychology, Counseling Psychology Specialization, from University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Solomon completed an APA approved internship at Coatesville Veteran's Administration Medical Center followed by further training at the Fairmont Institute. She is a member of the adjunct faculty of the graduate program in Counseling Psychology at Rosemont College, a member of the American Psychological Association, and has been with Main Line Health for more than 20 years. |
