  • JeffPLUS PPO pays 100 percent of allowed charges if Main Line Health Laboratories is used.
  • Aetna and IBC HMO patients: HMO patients must use their primary care physician’s (PCP) capitated lab for routine lab services to get maximum benefits. The patient may have specimens collected at a Main Line Health Laboratories facility if the PCP’s capitated lab (Quest or LabCorp) requisition form is used.
