Multidisciplinary specialists in gender-affirming care
The gender care team at Main Line Health is made up of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, behavioral health specialists, and social workers with knowledge and expertise in all aspects of transgender health. Together, the team ensures that every patient receives the individualized care they need to manage their health.
The Comprehensive Gender Care Program partners with Main Line Health LGBTQ Inclusive Care for coordination of primary care services for transgender and gender-expansive youth and adults, including hormone therapy consultation and management. If you are interested in starting or need help with gender-affirming hormone therapy, our primary care providers can assist you. All our primary care providers are knowledgeable and experienced in the safe and appropriate use of feminizing and masculinizing hormone therapy.
