Dr. Di Diego has over 35 years of experience in the field of cardiac electrophysiology. His latest scientific achievement is the development of the first Whole-Heart experimental model of J wave syndromes, which are ventricular arrhythmic disorders that often lead to sudden cardiac death (SCD). The goal is to discover more effective pharmacologic treatments to fully eradicate the risk of SCD in these patients.
