Family medicine faculty of the Bryn Mawr Family Practice Residency Program (Philadelphia suburbs)
Faculty members devote time to the educational program to fulfill their supervisory and teaching responsibilities as well as provide direct patient care. The teaching responsibilities include outpatient clinical care working with 14 residents in a Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative. In addition, the ideal candidate must administer and maintain an educational environment conducive to educating residents in each of the ACGME competency areas.
The ideal candidate must be a board-certified DO or MD in family medicine and fellowship-trained in sports medicine is a plus. We offer a competitive salary, a rich benefits package and the ability to attain academic appointments at local prestigious medical colleges.
A minimum of two years teaching experience preferred.
The Bryn Mawr Family Practice Residency Program was established in 1975 and has over three decades of experience training doctors. We are located in the beautiful western suburbs of Philadelphia known as the "Main Line"—a suburban corridor of thriving communities. This area offers wonderful cultural opportunities and top ranked public and private schools and is less than 30 minutes to historic Philadelphia and is a short driving distance to the beach, the mountains, New York City and Washington, D.C.
