As a noninvasive cardiologist with over 15 years experience, I treat a variety of cardiac conditions including coronary disease, peripheral vascular disease, arrhythmia, lipid abnormalities and valvular heart disease. I have advanced training in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology with board certification in both of these subspecialties. I also have advanced training in vascular ultrasound.
I have had the opportunity to serve as the American Heart Association "Go Red for Women" champion and "Circle of Red" chairperson. Cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer of women in the United States and many women do not realize that they are at risk for heart attack, heart failure and stroke. The Go Red initiative is dedicated to increasing awareness of heart disease and stroke while educating women about treatment options and prevention.
As part of the Lankenau Heart Group, I can provide highest quality, most advanced cardiac care to patients in both the hospital and office settings. For the convenience of patients and their families, I see patients in multiple offices including Roxborough, Plymouth Meeting and Lankenau. With so many advances in cardiology over the last 15 years, we can give patients multiple options for treatment and a better quality of life than ever before.
