Main Line HealthCare physician network is pleased to announce that Laura Picciano, DO, has joined Main Line HealthCare Internal Medicine at Lankenau Medical Center, part of Main Line Health.
Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Picciano has been in practice for more than 17 years. Her areas of special interest include diabetes, hypertension, preventive care and women’s health. She welcomes patients age 18 and older.
Dr. Picciano earned her medical degree and completed her internal medicine residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her memberships include the American College of Osteopathic Internists and the American Osteopathic Association. She was named to South Jersey Magazine’s “Best Doctors” list in 2015 and received the Drexel University College of Medicine’s “Excellence in Teaching Award” in 2012.
Main Line HealthCare Internal Medicine at Lankenau Medical Center offers same-day sick appointments and online scheduling. The office is conveniently located on the campus of Lankenau Medical Center in Medical Office Building West, Suite 330, 100 East Lancaster Avenue in Wynnewood. Dr. Picciano is accepting new patients and participates in most insurance plans, including HMOs and PPOs. The practice also includes David Cohen, MD, Gary Gilman, MD, Howard Miller, MD, Madelaine Saldivar, MD, MPH and David Targan, DO, FACP.
