The Main Line HealthCare (MLHC) is pleased to welcome Maria Bucco, DO, FACP to the network on July 1, 2016. The name of her practice is: Main Line HealthCare Internal Medicine at Riddle Hospital.
Dr. Bucco has been practicing medicine in Delaware County for more than 25 years, and at Riddle Hospital since 1996. She received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Darby, Pa.
Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Bucco treats patients age 16 through senior adults, has a special interest in women’s health issues, and believes that taking a holistic approach to healing—considering the whole person’s mind, body and spirit—is vital to wellness. She is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, as well as a member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Society, the American Medical Association, the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Delaware County Medical Society. She is fluent in Italian.
Main Line HealthCare Internal Medicine at Riddle Hospital is conveniently located in Suite 2104 in Riddle Health Center 2 at 1088 West Baltimore Pike in Media. Dr. Bucco has convenient office hours, including early morning appointments and same-day and next-day appointments for illnesses. She is currently accepting new patients and participates in most insurance plans, including HMOs and PPOs.
