Main Line HealthCare (MLHC), Harry A. Frankel, MD and Jacqueline Kivitz Donati, CRNP are pleased to welcome John J. Lembeck, MD to the practice on July 1, 2016.
Dr. Lembeck received his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine, and was awarded the Daniel M. Tabas Award for Outstanding Scholarly Achievement by a student pursuing a career in Primary Care. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Crozer-Keystone Health System.
Dr. Lembeck’s has a special interest in sports medicine, preventative care and pediatrics. He is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Physicians, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association.
Main Line HealthCare Family Medicine in Conshohocken is conveniently located in Suite 105 at 1100 East Hector Street. Dr. Lembeck has convenient office hours, including same-day and next-day appointments. He is currently accepting new patients and participates in most insurance plans, including HMOs and PPOs.
