Main Line HealthCare Physician Network welcomes S. David Wakulchik, MD, FAAFP, to Bryn Mawr Family Practice

Main Line HealthCare (MLHC) and the physicians of Bryn Mawr Family Practice are pleased to welcome S. David Wakulchik, MD, FAAFP.

Dr. Wakulchik offers care to patients of all ages, and believes it is important to partner with the patient and the patient’s family to maximize their wellness. His areas of clinical interest include women’s health, preventative medicine and patient education. Dr. Wakulchik is board certified in Family Medicine and has been in practice for more than 30 years. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Ohio, and completed his residency and Chief Residency at the University of Missouri Hospitals and Clinics, Department of Family and Community Medicine.

Dr. Wakulchik has convenient office hours, including same-day and next-day appointments. He is currently accepting new patients and participates in most insurance plans, including HMOs and PPOs. Bryn Mawr Family Practice is conveniently located in Suite 300 of the Main Line Health Center in Broomall, 1991 Sproul Road, Broomall, PA.
