Main Line Health receives 2013 Advisory Board Excellence in Engagement Award

September 3, 2013 News Releases

The Advisory Board has named Main Line Health winner of its 2013 Excellence in Engagement Award. Through this award, Advisory Board Survey Solutions, which conducted Main Line Health’s last employee engagement survey, recognizes exemplary engagement among the nation’s leading hospitals and health systems.

Main Line Health was one of 20 organizations in the survey division’s national database of hospitals and health systems to receive the award, based on the following criteria:

  • Highest percentage of engaged employees
  • Percentage of disengaged employees below the national median
  • Surveyed between July 2012 and July 2013

“This is wonderful recognition for the commitment and dedication of Main Line Health employees, who provide a superior patient experience each and every day,” said Paul Yakulis, SVP, Human Resources. “Results of the system-wide employee Pulse Survey last November show Main Line Health’s engagement overall at the 84th percentile level, compared with the more than 300 hospital and health systems nationwide in The Advisory Board’s database.”

The award winners will be recognized at the Advisory Board’s 2013 National Summit on September 26 in Chicago.
