I am a licensed professional counselor and a believer in a holistic approach to care that utilizes various forms of support to get clients to a place of true peace. I believe that the clients are the experts on themselves and their experiences and I excel in helping to sort through how experiences have helped form the people that they are today. I provide individual, couples and family counseling during which I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches including person-centered, strength-based, psychodynamic, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). I have experience treating depression, anxiety, complex PTSD, ADHD, relational stress, racial identity concerns, women's issues, work-related stress and more.
