Samantha Hunsicker, LCSW

Samantha is a licensed clinical social worker, as well as a certified birth doula. She earned her dual master's degrees in social work and human sexuality education from Widener University after graduating from LSU with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Samantha has provided clinical mental health services to a diverse range of clients; however, she is most passionate about serving women and their partners throughout their journeys related to perinatal wellness. She practices with a gentle and holistic approach, encouraging clients to explore their strengths and resilience in a warm environment. Samantha has completed several trainings specifically related to Women's Emotional Wellness, as well as mindfulness-based stress reduction and DONA International's Birth Doula certification. Samantha's previous work experience has included community outpatient mental health services, adoption social work, and hospital perinatal and postpartum counseling.
