Avital is a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment issues, relationship issues, substance use, and women's mental health. She practices from a strength-based perspective using CBT, mindfulness, experiential therapies and psychodrama to help each individual explore their story and what brought them into treatment.
