Main Line Health's free six-session program to assist tobacco users and nicotine vapers to quit. Sessions include stress management and coping strategies. Participants may be eligible to receive free nicotine replacement therapy. Zoom link provided after registration.

- Tuesdays: January 14, 21, 28, February 4, 11, 18 — 10 to 11 a.m.
- Thursdays: January 23, 30, February 6, 13, 20, 27 — 2 to 3 p.m.
- Tuesdays: February 18, 25, March 4, 11, 18, 25 — 6 to 7 p.m.
- Tuesdays: March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8 — 12 to 1 p.m.
