Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA)

Feeling isolated living with bipolar disorder, depression or anxiety? DBSA Delco is a place for hope and support. We’ve been there. We can help.

The virtual and in-person meetings at Riddle Hospital provide a safe space for us to share experiences, personal feelings, life challenges and strategies for living successfully with mood disorders. The group is facilitated by peers who also live with mood disorders.

Who can attend? Young adults 18 - 28, adults 18+, family/friends, LGBT supportive, anyone living with depression or bipolar disorder and those who believe they may have one of these mood disorders.

Groups are free, confidential, and inclusive.
