Senior Programs

This free virtual program for adults 55 and older includes strength training and stretching with modified yoga and chair tai chi. A sturdy chair without arms is also needed and space to move forward, back and side to side.

Participants must register 48 hours prior to each class (weekends and holidays are not included in the 48-hour registration requirement).

To register for a class or multiple classes, please email Michelle Geer at [email protected]. If you are new to the program, a signed waiver must be filled out prior to your first class.
