Main Line Health's FREE six session program to help tobacco users and vapers quit. Sessions will include stress management, coping strategies and relapse prevention. Participants may be eligible to receive FREE Nicotine Replacement Therapy. Participate virtually via Zoom. Please register by calling 484-227-FREE (3733).

Program 1: Thursdays, January 7, 14, 21, 28, February 4 and 11 | 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Program 2: Wednesdays, January 20, 27, February 3, 10, 17 and 24 | 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm

Program 3: Tuesdays, February 2, 9, 16, 23, March 2 and 9 | 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Program 4: Tuesdays, February 23, March 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 | 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
