SmokeFREE tobacco cessation program

Main Line Health’s free six-session program to help tobacco users quit tobacco products including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco and electronic cigarettes (vaping). The program will focus on stress management, healthy eating, coping skills and other strategies. Participants may be eligible to receive free nicotine replacement therapy.

This Southeastern Pennsylvania (SEPA) Tobacco Control Project is supported by the Health Promotion Council and funded through a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Tom Wolf, Governor.

**Our June 2 and 9 meetings will be in Conference Room 2, unlike the rest of our sessions.

This event will be held in Conference Room 3 of Health Center 4. To get to the conference room: Park in the West Parking Garage or the surface lot closest to Health Center 4. Enter the building from the rear entrance near the parking garage. If entering the building via the walkway from the garage, you will be on the second floor. If entering from the parking lot, come up to the second floor. To the left of the bathrooms, towards the front of the building, you will see Conference Room 3.
