Grief is the natural response to loss. This group provides a safe and supportive place to learn what to expect in the grieving process, how to cope with your loss, and healthy ways to manage your grief. It is open to anyone who has lost a loved one in the past year.
These sessions are free. Registration is required by Noon on program day.
