Participate in a heart-pumping class with special Valentine’s Day themes
Classes open to the public. Non-members will be asked to sign a facility waiver and have their blood pressure checked prior to exercising. *Note: You must reserve a bike for all cycle classes. Please pick up a ticket at the reception desk up to 60 minutes before class begins. One ticket per person.
Your instructor will take you on a journey of climbs, sprints and flat riding. Adjust your own resistance levels and speed so every ride meets your personal goals. SpiVi®: Uses interactive 3D scenery based on data sent wirelessly from the bikes. Visualize training goals, show real-time performance metrics and get in depth personal data analyses after each class.
Aqua Cardio Lite
A combination of cardio, toning, and stretching using aquatic exercise equipment and the water’s resistance.
Step and strength
A fun combo class using the step to increase the cardio benefit and lighter dumbbells for toning and strengthening.
The class begins with proper seat setup and an explanation of what to expect during a cycle class. Your instructor will take you on a journey of climbs, sprints and flat riding, giving a range of resistance levels and speeds, so your ride meets your personal goals.
Ballroom and disco dance
Learn a variety of popular dances, including the hustle, waltz and swing. No partner needed.
