Bryn Mawr 8:30 AM ET To 11:30 AM ET Remaining Seats: 19 Cost: 0
Jan 21 2019

Across Main Line Health we celebrate and honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his lifelong commitment and dedication to humanity as a civil rights leader. Bryn Mawr Hospital has developed a program to engage children in a service project to celebrate his legacy.

The service project involves listening to William Reynolds speak about Dr. King followed by diversity crafts, sing-a-long, and making cards for those in need at the Visitation Community Center in Kensington to go along with the donations collected by our employees.

All adults are welcome along with children ages 6 to 10. Registration starts at 8:30 am; you may stay to view the noontime system celebration afterwards.

Breakfast provided. Space is limited to 25 children—registration and parental consent form required.

This event will be held in Pennypacker Auditorium. To get to the auditorium: Enter via Warden Lobby (main entrance) off Old Lancaster Road. There is a garage next to this entrance. Once in Warden Lobby walk straight down the hall. At the end of the hallway make a left and take the AC elevator (on the left) to first floor. Follow the hallway in front of you for “Floor 1A” (green sign) to the Rotunda—Pennypacker Auditorium is to the left.
