This class is open to anyone capable of attending!
The purpose of this class is to offer an opportunity for self-expression, relaxation, mindfulness and emotional support to all patients and their guests during inpatient treatment. Former patients are welcome too. Participants may come for the full two hours or simply drop-in for a brief portion of the time.
We hope this class serves as a healthy and creative distraction from stress precipitated by medical issues. Ultimately, all participants will leave the class with at least one new coping skill to help deal better with stress.
