Mock mashed potatoes

  • 1 package cauliflower, frozen (10oz)
  • 2 Tbsp milk, 2%, warmed
  • Optional Seasonings: pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, parsley flakes


  1. Cook cauliflower per package directions until very soft. Drain.
  2. Puree with milk in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Add seasoning of choice and serve hot.
