The Stretch Your Limits Exercise Program for adults over age 55 includes a light aerobic warm-up, resistance training with dumbbells and elastic tubing, and stretching with chair Tai chi and modified yoga. call 484-337-8720 option 2 Classes are held in the Bryn Mawr Hospital Clothier Building on Monday’s from 3:30-4:30 PM and Thursdays from 12noon to 1PM. The fee is $5.00 per class and $8.00 to purchase resistance tubes. Participants are asked to bring two 5lb dumbbells
