Community event celebrates expanded services with day of family safety, good health and fun

WHAT:
Bryn Mawr Hospital and Nemours duPont Pediatrics are hosting a
‘Family Play It Safe’ day to celebrate the expansion of their
collaborative services to include dedicated Nemours specialists as part
of the emergency care team at Bryn Mawr Hospital. The innovative
collaboration between these two health care organizations has been
bringing high quality pediatric care services to the nearly one million
children in the five-county region of Southeastern Pennsylvania for
nearly 15 years. Under the terms of this expansion Nemours pediatric
specialists will provide pediatric emergency services in the Bryn Mawr
Hospital pediatric emergency department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Families are invited toattend this community celebration and learn more about how Bryn Mawr and Nemours are working together so kids do better.
Along with tours of our Pediatric Emergency Department and Nemours ambulance, there will be a host of fun activities for kids of all ages, including:
