Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital’s Comprehensive Outpatient Neurorehabilitation Center Wins Rehabilitation Agency Recognition Award

Malvern, PA - The Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (PARF) has selected The Comprehensive Outpatient Neurorehabilitation Center at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Main Line Health, to receive the PARF 2012 Rehabilitation Agency Recognition Award.

The Rehabilitation Agency Recognition Award honors Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital’s Outpatient Neurorehab Center based on outstanding achievement and development of an exemplary program of service for people with disabilities.

Troy Norton PT, OCS, ATC, CEAS, Outpatient Operations Manager, Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital, Main Line Health, will accept the award for BMRH at the PARF Annual Awards Luncheon on Thursday, September 20, 2012, at the Nittany Lion Inn, State College, PA. The luncheon is held during the 2012 PARF Annual Conference and coincides with National Rehabilitation Awareness Week.

Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital’s Comprehensive Outpatient Neurorehabilitation Center addresses sensory, motor, cognitive and behavioral processing which impact functional performance in persons with central nervous system disorders. This includes patients with vestibular dysfunction and balance disorders, stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, concussion, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson disease.
