Occupational Therapy in-service held
MLH hosted recently hosted a free educational in-service presentation entitled Evidence-based Tools for Occupational Therapists as part of the ongoing effort to provide educational opportunities to employees and attract occupational therapists, working elsewhere, to MLH.

Michelle Ralph and Lindy Fischer, both advanced clinicians with Rehab Affiliates, provided both an overview and an opportunity to practice administering the following tools: Short Orientation Memory Test, Montreal Cognitive Assessment, Mini Mental Status Examination, Activities Specific Balance Confidence Scale, Modified Falls Efficacy Scale, Modified Borg Dyspnea Scale, Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion Scale
