Because we operate effectively and are not burdened by the barriers of our system, we are the role model and trendsetter for integration and consolidation.

Our stakeholders within the system have come to recognize the public's perception of and preference for the home as their care setting. Therefore, they view the home as the preferred care environment. Informing the public about viable alternatives to institutionalization.

Conducting social and clinical research aimed at advancing the knowledge about health care at home.

Educating tomorrow’s health care practitioners about the need for and delivery of health care services in the home setting.

The Home Care Network is a mission-driven organization providing comprehensive home care services which improve the quality of life of individuals in the communities served by Jefferson Health System. We adhere to a set of values that underlie how we act. We measure our success by the satisfaction of our internal and external customers.

Our Values define our principles, standards, and qualities to guide us in how we go about our daily activities, and how we will make decisions to achieve our vision.

Compassion: The patient is our reason for being, and we will provide him/her with care, courteous attention and service. We treat each person with dignity and respect.
