Well-trained nurses and pharmacists experienced in managing intravenous therapy in the home provide the care. Our team coordinates the client’s care needs with the referring doctor. They closely monitor condition and communicate with the doctor on a regular basis.
Physician prescribes the care, medication and special equipment necessary for the client’s recovery or maintenance of your health.
Pharmacists are responsible for monitoring client’s medication regimen and coordinating drug therapy with the physician. They are also responsible for supervising the aseptic preparation of intravenous medications.
Nurses visit clients at home to evaluate and monitor their condition, and determine the range of services needed to carry out the physicians’ treatment plan. They instruct clients and their family members on basic techniques for the safe administration of intravenous medications with the overall goal of promoting client and family independence.
Dietitians evaluate nutritional status of clients receiving intravenous feedings. They determine nutrient and therapy goals and make recommendations to physicians.
Client Advocates set up an inventory schedule with our clients to ensure they always have the supplies they need.
Delivery Technicians deliver the prescribed intravenous medication and supplies to the client’s home.
