Some long-term care insurance plans cover personal care services in the home. If you have a long term care insurance plan, we can assist you in determining if it will reimburse for Extended Home Care.

On a weekly basis, we will prepare and mail a bill for services rendered during the prior week. A weekly bill will reflect the actual days of the week and hours worked by Extended Care staff. The bill is prepared from information contained on employees’ time slips. Clients should review the time slips before signing them each week.

Please take note seven major holidays will be billed at time and a half. Holidays are billed at time and one-half are New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Payment Plans
Services are provided at fixed, reasonable hourly or daily rates. If applicable, managed care and long-term care plans accepted.
