About Home Care Network
The Home Care Network, Greater Philadelphia's premier home care agency, is able to customize care for people who prefer to stay at home but who need ongoing care or medical equipment in the home. In selecting The Home Care Network, you have access to any of the following services.

Home Health – provides services for homebound patients who require skilled care by a nurse, a physical therapist, or a speech therapist. Clinical programs include: Cardiac, Diabetes, Maternal-Child, Medical/Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedics, and Ostomy and Continence.

Hospice – provides palliative care for patients whose illness (such as cancer, advanced heart, lung, or kidney disease, Alzheimer's Disease, or AIDS ) no longer responds to medical treatment. Services include comprehensive medical, psychological, and spiritual care for the terminally ill, and support for the patient’s family.

Home Infusion Service – provides intravenous drug or nutritional therapies to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This enables patients to continue daily activities with minimal disruption. Infusion services include IV antibiotic therapy, TPN, chemotherapy, hydration, pain management, IVIG, steroid therapy, cardiac and transplant related therapies, and other IV therapies.

Extended Home Care (Private Duty Services)  – provides patients with personal care in the security of their own homes. Services include home health aides, companions, and registered nurses to provide assistance with activities of daily living and other private duty services.

Respiratory and Home Medical Equipment – provides a complete line of products and services, including oxygen, CPAP and BiPAP, ventilators, wheelchairs, beds, walkers and much more. Trained technicians deliver and instruct patients and family members on the use of all equipment. Respiratory Therapists evaluate and instruct all patients using oxygen or other respiratory equipment.
