Virtual Video Visits — Convenient and Easy to Use

You can connect with Main Line Health providers for preventive care, diagnosis and treatment plans through virtual video visits.

Main Line Health virtual video visits — also known as telemedicine visits — are safe, private and secure through your Main Line Health MyChart account. And visits are a covered benefit for most insurance plans.

How do I schedule a virtual video visit?

You can call 1.866.CALL.MLH or you can schedule directly with one of our Main Line HealthCare providers.

For virtual urgent care visits, you can also schedule with your Main Line Health MyChart account.

What do I need for my virtual video visit?

You can use a web browser on your desktop or a mobile application to start a visit. Mobile devices are preferred, because most already have the appropriate camera and microphone setup for video visits.

To get started, download the MyChart app.

How do I join my virtual video visit?

When it’s time for your appointment to begin, use the “Begin Video Visit” button in your Main Line Health MyChart account. If you don’t have an account, you’ll be sent a link for your appointment which you can click on to start your visit.
