New-Style Ham and Cheese

Chutney

Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers

  • 1/4 pound lean, low-sodium smoked ham

  • 4 ounces of low-sodium, low-fat shredded Swiss cheese

  • 4 tablespoons spicy fruit chutney

Directions

Lightly spray two mini-muffin pans with cooking spray. Fit the wontons into the cups, gently ruffling the edges to make a well for the filling. Chop the ham and divide among the wonton cups. Divide cheese among the cups. Top each cup with about 1/2 teaspoon chutney. Bake at 375 degrees for seven to 10 minutes; edges should be lightly browned and filling warm. Serve with fresh fruit on skewers.

Each ham and cheese cup contains about 69 calories, 2 g protein, 1 g fat, 4 mg cholesterol, 7 g carbohydrates, and 0 g fiber.
