You don't have to tell anyone these are homemade, healthy (gulp!) granola bars. Just let your guests enjoy the chewiness of the oats and dense chocolate flavor from the highest-quality dark chocolate you can find.
1 large egg
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
1-1/2 cups quick oats
2 tablespoons milled flaxseed
1/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Whisk egg with yogurt and brown sugar. Blend in oats and flaxseed. Add chocolate chips. Spread mixture in an 8-inch-square pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into bars.
Each bar contains about 104 calories, 3 g protein, 3 g fat, 18 mg cholesterol, 17 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, and 12 mg sodium.
