Balance Class

Good balance can help you avoid fall, maintain mobility and foster independence. You will lean some simple chair exercises that can help improve your balance. Wear loose fitting clothese so you can participate in the exercise demonstrations. Instructors are Jennifer Bright, RN, and Marianne Collins, RN.
