Dr. Lee Greenspon is a Board certified Pulmonary and Critical Care physician with 35 years of experience and a wide variety of interests including difficult to control Asthma, Interstitial lung diseases, Pulmonary Hypertension, Pulmonary Embolism, and Sarcoidosis. Dr. Greenspon has a particular interest in dealing with the problem of prolonged cough and unexplained shortness of breath or Dyspnea Dr. Greenspon graduated from Case Western Reserve University with honors in Chemistry and his Medical degree from Temple University in 1976. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Medical College of Penna where he also served as Chief Resident. After completing a Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at University of California at San Francisco he joined the Faculty at Medical College of Penna. from 1982-1990 where rose to the position of Chief of the Division. In 1990 he joined Pulmonology Associates at Lankenau Medical Center and Paoli Hospitals. At Lankenau he was the Medical Director of the Intensive Care unit from 1990-2007. Currently Dr. Greenspon serves as the Program director of the Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship at Lankenau Medical Center Dr. Greenspon has received several teaching awards and recognition by several "Top Doctors" journals both locally and nationally. Dr. Greenspon has authored 15 original publications in peer reviewed journals and presented over 35 abstracts at national meetings
