The mission of the Paoli Hospital Auxiliary is "to promote public relations which will bring greater interest and understanding to Paoli Hospital; to provide volunteer service for the hospital; and raise funds for the Hospital through various approved ways."

Who We Are
We range in age from 20 to over 80 years old. We are single, married, wives, mothers, daughters, grandmothers, business owners, caregivers, volunteers, career women -- and just about anything else you can think of. Among us we have a private pilot, equestrians, interior designers, CPAs, PhDs, and MBAs. We have models, caterers, illustrators, floral designers, animal activists, philanthropists, wardrobe consultants, advertising executives, realtors and more. (The Auxiliary even boasts a former Miss America). We are  all dedicated to and passionate about seeing our efforts to achieve excellence come to fruition. When women like us join together, we can make anything happen!

What We Do
Our fundraising enterprises include supporting both Auxiliary special fundraising events and our own ongoing branch efforts to build our treasury for Hospital donation purposes.

Our two major fundraisers are Mistletoe and Magic--a festive Christmas season gala with silent auction--and the Golf Tournament. The Auxiliary also operates two businesses: The Palm Tree (a consignment and resale shop) and The Gift Shop located in the Hospital.

Our activities in addition to fundraising include helping to provide volunteer staffing of The Palm Tree, The Gift Shop and the Hospital. We are also responsible for the decoration of the Hospital at holiday time, entertainment of Hospital inpatients on Christmas Eve day, and helping to project a positive image of Paoli Hospital to the community.

These events not only bring this community together, but they also raise funds that directly impact the quality of care Paoli Hospital can provide. Every department has been touched in some way by the Auxiliary's hard work and generosity over the years. Why We Do This
The Hospital is our uniting bond. Through the years, proceeds from our fundraisers have provided millions of dollars for new construction for the Cancer and Breast Health Centers and enhanced services in cardiac, pulmonary, orthopedics and emergency care…and much more. Along the way, we have also grown and tended treasured friendships, the seeds of which you are planting now as you join us. This also allows us the opportunity to give something back to the community.
