J. (Jeff) Bozzi is President of Pemcor, LLC, a family-owned,
full-service, printing, mailing, and marketing company located in
Lancaster and West Conshohocken, PA. He is a graduate of the
Haverford School and Loyola University Maryland. Mr. Bozzi serves
on the Advisory Board of Cradles to Crayons, a non-profit organization
dedicated to providing the basics of life to needy children. He is a
former Trustee of the Fatherhood Leadership Initiative, an organization
that partners with churches to provide virtues-based tools, information
and a community of common purpose that enable men of all faiths to
become better fathers and leaders of their families. Mr. Bozzi and his
wife, Peggy Anne, reside in Newtown Square with their sons, Jeffery, Jr.
Lee (Debbie) Clower is a consultant with Schultz &
Williams, a Philadelphia-based, national consulting firm to the
non-profit sector. She is a former associate with the Chenery Group, an
asset and wealth management executive search firm located in
Philadelphia and New York. A graduate of Skidmore College, Mrs. Clower
is a Trustee of the Emma Willard School and also serves on the
President’s Council of Skidmore College and the Parents Committee of
Duke University. She is a former Trustee of the Agnes Irwin School and
the Please Touch Museum. Mrs. Clower and her husband, Greg, reside
in Bryn Mawr. They have three daughters.
J. (Frank) Leto was recently named President and Chief
Operating Officer of the Bryn Mawr Trust Company and its parent, Bryn
Mawr Bank Corporation. On January 1, 2015, he will succeed Ted Peters as
CEO of the Bank and Corporation, after Mr. Peters retires on December
31, 2014. Before assuming his current position, Mr. Leto managed
the Wealth Management Division of the Bank and served as General Counsel
of the Corporation and Bank. Prior to coming to the Bank, Mr. Leto
was in the private practice of law. A graduate of the Episcopal
Academy, Saint Joseph’s University and Widener Law School, Mr. Leto and
his wife, Anita, live in Haverford. They have two grown sons.
R. Schwenke, a professional therapist and member of the
American Counseling Association, is a graduate of Salem College with an
M.Ed from Temple University. Among her professional and community
affiliations are the Parents Advisory Board of Southern Methodist
University, the U. S. Olympic Committee, the Phoenix Firebirds Baseball
Club, Camps Sea Gull/Seafarer, Triangle Area YMCA of North Carolina, the
Children's Crisis Treatment Center, the Cancer Support Community of
Philadelphia, the West Hill School, and the Church of the Redeemer. A
Bryn Mawr resident and outdoor enthusiast, Mrs. Schwenke enjoys boating,
fishing, skiing, and flying. She and her husband, Ken, have three sons,
Wilson, Robby and Davis.
B. (Jon) Weller is the former president and trustee (retired
2006) of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT). From
2007 to 2009, Mr. Weller was an adjunct lecturer at The Wharton School
of the University of Pennsylvania. From 2006 to 2014 Mr. Weller
was a director of Penn Virginia GP Holdings and PVR Partners, and since
2007 has served as a director of AMREP Corporation. He is a member of
the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Advisory Council
of the Center for Corporate Governance at the LeBow College of Business
of Drexel University. Mr. Weller is also a trustee of the Natural Lands
Trust and a past chairman and treasurer of the Lower Merion Conservancy.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Williams College and an MBA from
Columbia University. He and his wife, Janine, reside in Penn Valley.
